His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Sar Al Qasimi, the Member of Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received, at his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City, Dr. Mohammed Abdul Latif Khalifa on the occasion of his retirement from working for RAK Government by the end of his office period. During his career, Khalifa assumed the positions of Secretary General of RAK Executive Council and Director General of Human Resource Department.
His Highness had issued resolution no. 3 of 2025, which became effective as of its date, on assigning the duties of the Secretary General of the Executive Council to Sheikh Abdullah bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Director of Ras Al Khaimah Ruler’s Court, in addition to his work.
During the meeting H.H. wished Khalifa success and fulfillment in his future career and thanked him for his sincere efforts in developing RAK Governmental sector and contributing to accomplishing many achievements during his tenure.
