As part of its efforts to facilitate customer journey and keep path with the rapid urban development, RAK Municipality Launched New Improvements to Streamline the Process of Issuing Building Completion Certificates. Such step aimed at improving the efficiency of the services offered and meeting the expectations of building sector’s customers.
The Municipality emphasized that such modifications focus on reducing the requirements of submitting an application. That modifications eliminated the need to attach air conditioning equipment, water fittings in the phase of opening the application, thus contributing to reducing the transaction period, accelerating certificate issuance, minimizing the costs required from customers, improving inspection procedures during completion phase, and simplifying the services of water and electricity supply in conjunction with service providers.
This step is a part of comprehensive strategy to support sustainable urban development and improve the residents’ quality of life. HE Munther bin Shekar stated that, “we always work on making our services identical with the best international practices and ensuring smooth procedures without sacrificing quality.
